How to Place an Order
Making a purchase is simple —
- First time users. Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, click ‘Add to Basket’. If you require additional items, click on continue shopping.
Tip — Save on Postage. Additional items can be sent at a cost of £1.00 per item up to a max of £12.00 for standard delivery and £16 for insured delivery.
- Two options are — Quick Buy (For a one off — purchase). Click on icon. Key in your details, items which have a * are mandatory. Proceed to payment details.
- Open Account & Buy. To create an account click on icon. Key in a username and password which are memorable to you. Confirm by re-entering the password. Fill in all details. These details will be remembered and will not need re-inputting the next time you log in.
How to find what you are looking for
Our search facility is extremely comprehensive and easy to use.
- Using the box at the top of the home page, key in a title, subject or area of interest and click ‘Search’. E.g. ‘Farah Fawcett’. This will produce a list of items featuring the selected subject.
- To be more specific, for example if you are looking for Farah Fawcett books, key in ‘Farah Fawcett’, then select ‘Books’ from the drop down menu and click on search.
Tip — Keep the search simple. The search matches identical items, therefore it is best to key in a small selection of the title / area, and this is especially useful if you are unsure of the spelling. E.g. ‘Farah’ rather than ‘Farah Fawcett 12″ Figure Doll’.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
Go to the ‘Sign In’ page at the top right. Click on ‘Forgot you password’. Key in your email address (this must be the email address used in original registration). Your details will be emailed to you.

If I don’t have a credit card, how can I pay?
We are happy to accept several methods of payment including debit cards, credit cards or PayPal through the internet. If you wish to pay with Postal Order, Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange this. Please note items paid for in this way will be despatched after the cheque has cleared (possibly up to 8 working days).
Delivery Problems
We advise customers to select insured delivery option, if items do not arrive please do not hesitate to contact us, to enable us to chase the delivery.
Please note — we are unable to follow up uninsured items and these parcels are sent at the risk of the purchaser.
Packaging
We are a specialist retailer and therefore endeavour to ensure all items are packed carefully to arrive in as sold condition. Our expert packers are extremely experienced in the difficulties of storing and sending such delicate items. To this end we use soft tissue paper, bubble wrap, foam chippings and the best packing materials to keep your purchases safe. We also are committed to using recycled where applicable. We have illustrated below an example of a package on its journey to you
Description of items
We try to give the best description of items at all times. We cannot be held responsible for items missing that are not included in the description or problems not listed if the accompanying grading covers the overall condition —
GRADING SYSTEM
MINT — Item in perfect condition
NEAR MINT — Almost perfect condition, any imperfections will be extremely minor
EXCELLENT — Item may have had very careful use or has small imperfections, may not be complete
VERY GOOD — Some imperfections, may not be complete
GOOD — Items will have had some use, will show obvious faults and may not be complete
FAIR — Heavy signs of wear, will show obvious imperfections, possibly restored or repainted
POOR — Distressed with many faults
+ PLUS — A + PLUS rating indicates the item is slightly better than the class implies.
